I’m looking for a part-time Photo Assistant to join my team.

I’m very excited to announce that I’m hiring a part-time photo assistant to join my team. This will be a paid part-time position and will start immediately. If you live in the Bay Area or SoCal region and are looking to collaborate together with me on video and photography projects alike, I’d love for you to apply using the form below.

What I’m Looking For

Photo Coordination & Competency

• Assist with planning the outfit styling for model(s)

• Assist with hair styling of models during the sessions 

• Assist with the coordination of photo location logistics (i.e., creating spreadsheets, sample images, relevant links, etc.) 

• Assist with the set up of studio/photo equipment (if necessary)

• Require a solid background and knowledge of camera equipment, styling, and posing

Willingness to Learn & Engage

• Able to provide ideas on the style & mood of photoshoots 

• Bring high energy and enthusiasm during the session to make the shoot as comfortable and organic as possible

• Have the willingness to work with any client whether it’s a model(s), product company, engagement/wedding couples, families

• Have the willingness to learn from a behind-the-scenes standpoint 

• Have flexibility to adjust to the photographer & client’s needs for the shoot 

Develop & Offer Ideas

• Offer creative and technical feedback to the photographer before and after the session

• Be present at all times during the shoot to carefully observe and offer feedback to necessary changes that need to be made

• Provide feedback on the selection of final images to be distributed to clients/models
